Photonic engineering for We upgrade the spectrum. solar arrays.
A retrofit coating engineered to reduce UV-driven degradation and re-emit part of high-energy radiation as usable visible light—stabilizing output and extending service life without module replacement.
Turn ultraviolet stress into measurable yield.
Most PV modules can’t effectively convert ultraviolet light—yet UV accelerates aging: browning, micro-cracking, and polymer breakdown that compounds over years.
Luminex is a photonic down-conversion layer. It absorbs a portion of high-energy UV photons and re-emits them as visible light silicon converts more efficiently—while shielding sensitive materials from UV stress.
Built in Baku.
Backed by KOBİA.
We’re not a cleaning service. We’re an applied physics team developing coatings that make existing solar infrastructure more productive—without panel replacement.
This project is funded by KOBİA (Small and Medium Business Development Agency), bridging lab-grade nano-material engineering with real-world energy economics in Azerbaijan and beyond.
A different category of upgrade.
Standard cleaning improves appearance. We change what the surface does with light.
Temporary improvement
- [-] Removes surface dust
- [-] Effect fades within days or weeks
- [-] Consumes water / detergents
- [-] Does not mitigate UV aging
A structural upgrade
- [+] Re-emits part of unused UV as visible light
- [+] Long-horizon protection (years)
- [+] Hydrophobic behavior reduces buildup
- [+] Slows degradation mechanisms at the surface
Stop wasting part of the spectrum.
Upgrade existing arrays without replacement. Quantify the benefit with simulation, then validate with deployment.
